Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Payment Policy

Payment may be required either in advance or at the time of check-in, depending on the booking type.

We accept payment through:

• UPI
• Bank Transfer
• Online Payment
• Payments through authorized booking platforms

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking source.

• Direct bookings are subject to Varanasi Ganges' cancellation policy.
• Reservations made through third-party platforms (such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.) are governed by the cancellation policies of those respective platforms.

Applicable cancellation charges may be deducted where permitted.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

• Respect the property and fellow guests.
• Follow all house rules and safety guidelines.
• Refrain from illegal or disruptive activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and responsible behavior during their stay.
